T and Kobey did a phenomenal job and were speedy and timely despite inconvenient hours to be on call for. And T specifically was very helpful and came out to us at 8:30 pm kept a thorough and positive demeanor despite the late hour.

Maintenance here is honestly astonishing. I have had T and Ro come here a handful of times since Iu2019ve lived here to fix things, and they are actually the best! They fix every issue quickly and they are very nice and respectful. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could. I canu2019t give enough praise to the maintenance team here.

The maintenance guys here have been in and out of our house working on our heating system the last few days and theyu2019re wonderful to work with. Theyu2019re super friendly and quick to help. Theyu2019re here working quickly after every maintenance request gets put in, and they explain everything thoroughly. Great guys to work with!

T is awesome, anytime i need anything fixed he takes care of it day of and keeps me updated on the progress of my request or if heu2019s waiting for parts. He is very professional and goes the extra mile to make residents happy, and always makes sure to greet everyone and ask about their day. Very lucky to have such a great maintenance team !

I had to move out on the middle of my lease term and Abbi in the office really made my transition smooth. Sheu2019s the best! Maintenance was also very helpful and quick to help. Overall, loved living here. It was just a little too expensive for me

When i called their office, one of the girls answered the phone, Abbi. She was very helpful and answered any question I had about renewing and gave me all the information in one call. She even went out of her way to tell me the best way to renew, when she didnu2019t have to! If Abbi is ever working, she will give you the best service!

Iu2019d recommend staying at the retreat for the purpose of the great staff they have. They are willing to work with you and help you respectfully. Also, the property manager Victoria Burkes is 100% helpful and professional.

Our house has been in great hands due to our maintenance guys here in the retreat. My guy T has been helping fix our cabinets and toilet this semester! They are never a doubt if things need to be fixed! Preciate you guys a million!

We had an issue with our garbage disposal in the sink over winter break and within two days of putting in a request maintenance had fixed it. KJ showed up in a timely manner, explained what may have caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future, all while quickly resolving it and explaining the mechanics behind it.
