Stratus Property Group

I did a closing for Jeff Koon, the owner of Stratus Property Group and found him to be very professional, responsive and helpful. It was a contract with a quick turn time and Jeff helped make the process easy, leading to a successful closing.

I had the good fortune of working with Charlie Carroll on a deal for our Southern Post project in downtown Roswell. He did an excellent job serving his client and coordinating with the landlord. He was thorough, knowledgeable and timely. I look forward to our next deal together. I highly recommend Charlie’s services!

It was a pleasure working with Charlie Carroll. He is creative, asks good questions and can problem solve. I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

We worked with Charlie Carroll in our office search for our autism therapy practice. Charlie worked patiently over 6 months to help us understand the Atlanta real estate market and how different location features could impact our business.nCharlie is a skilled and cooperative communicator, and he demonstrated a consistent ability to build rapport and solve issues with property owners. Thanks to his hard work and thoughtful negotiations, we found a perfect location for our practice, and we're thankful to have a positive relationship with our property owners.nWe strongly recommend Charlie and will be using him to secure additional office space in the future.nn-Elevation Autism and Learning Center (Alpharetta GA)

Had the VERY best experience with Stratus and Jacob Jordan. Jacob professionally handled three deals for our company with great attention to detail, kindness and speed. Would recommend Jacob and Stratus one hundred times over for any commercial real estate needs in the Atlanta Metro!

It was a great working with Grant at Stratus Property Group!nnHe was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, listens to your needs, and tries his best to deliver! We closed on a deal together after looking for a space for some time in a tough market! Pleasure doing business :))

Jeff Koons with Stratus Properties has been wonderful in helping us with anything needed to move into the new property for our Enhabit Home Health. Any time I would call and ask for something, it was generally done within a 2- hour time frame. We couldn't ask for a better Company(Stratus Properties) to Lease from. The property is exactly what we were looking for and beautiful at that. We are so proud to show our employees and customers our new Business Office

Stratus Property Group is the best around! Max Albers was my realtor and he did a really good job in assisting me with finding my office space. I was a new resident unfamiliar to the Atlanta area and Max made it extremally easy to work with him and getting me the best location for me to run my business! Highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area!

We had a fantastic experience working with Charlie Carroll of Stratus Property Group. We worked through a very complicated deal that involved multiple stakeholders. In total, 15 deeds had to be signed to close the deal. With Charlie, what should have been difficult became close to seamless. All parties involved walked away satisfied.

Jeff Koon of Stratus Property Group has done a spectacular job for us in helping to market and successfully sell a commercial building in the Atlanta Airport area. We found him to be responsive and informative of the real estate market with lots of insight based on his experience and his network. His creativity, helpfulness and versatility in packaging and positioning our building stand out in the market was unmatched by other agents with whom we worked and/or met. He has a hands-on approach and was attentive and flexible when we needed advice. I highly recommend him and his company and would work with him again without question.
