Sterling and his assistant came over last night while we hosted our friends for a Christmas party and they were amazing!! Everything was delicious. Apps, main course and dessert all fantastic, and everyone kept commenting about how perfectly cooked the prime rib was. They brought everything and left our kitchen spotless. Perfect execution all around, will definitely be asking them to help us host again!! Highly recommend Sterling and his team!
Sterling was a pleasure to work with! I ordered two custom cakes for a joint birthday and they were a huge hit. One was vegan and it was a success for all the guests, even the non-vegans! I was looking for a bakery open to trying out a different cake flavor than normal and Sterling was the only one I could find. We had requested a milk and cookies cake and it came out just like the pictures, maybe even better and we loved it! I would highly recommend Sterling Bake Shop if you are looking to be adventurous with your next cake! Or with anything sweet in general, we are definitely going to them next time we are in need of some baked goods. It was also pretty inexpensive for last minute. I got a gift pack of assorted cookies and the lavender & lemon body scrub. The simple elegant packaging looks clean and warm. Great for care packages and gifts. The scrub smells fresh and fragrant and leaves my skin feeling soft and silky. I like using it for aromatherapy. The Rhubarb ginger sugar cookie is unique and amazing flavor. Chocolate chip delicious too. Chef Smith delivers. Yum!!!

My wife and I stopped by Sterling’s table at a farmer’s market recently. His elegantly wrapped baked items included a variety of cookies and fudge. He treated us to a tasting and it was amazing. We discovered that Sterling also has a variety of other wonderful items including an upscale and very tasty granola as well as natural body scrubs with a plethora of scents. We stocked up on a number of items for ourselves as well as friends and family. Since meeting Sterling, we have reached out to him for some birthday gifts. The gift recipients commented on how beautiful the packaging was as well as the delicious taste of the items wrapped inside. In fact, one family member texted A-mazing when asked how she liked the scrubs. Sterling is a pleasure to work with. We plan on purchasing more items from him in the near future including holiday gifts. Definitely a two thumbs up!!
Highly recommend! I was able to to taste his delicious baked goods. Fudge, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I also have his salsa-Viper's bite(habanero)! They are all delicious blends and flavors of yummy goodness, it's hard to find a favorite! I think the best thing about his cooking and baking is you can taste the love in each bite. Go get you some!!
Sterling Culinary Concepts was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Sterling and his team was amazing and we could not recommend them more! From the little details to the delicious food, everything met our expectations and beyond! We will definitely be using Sterling Culinary Concepts again for our catering needs when hosting events in the NYC area!! :)
All of Sterling’s desserts are great but the fudge is spectacular! It is a must try in any of the different fudge options!!! (Also can’t go wrong with the close second chocolate chip cookie!)
Muzgo is my favorite hot sauce by far. It's not super spicy. I put it on almost everything. Sterling makes spicier sauces if that's what you're into. Highly recommended.
Sterling was able to accommodate my order on short notice. 18 assorted muffins were delivered on time and tasted delicious.
I absolutely loved the food and service. From the first time we spoke to the last minute at the event, Sterling and staff were helpful, eager to accommodate to our requests, and covered all details. The food was spectacular!! I will recommend and use Sterling Culinary Concepts in the future.

The chocolate chip cookies (both regular and oatmeal) are big and delicious! Plus, because they're baked fresh to order from scratch, they're healthier than anything that's mass produced!
Chef Sterling provides innovative cuisine that are world class - and yet still very approachable. He cooks with his soul, and it shows. Won’t be disappointed with this Chef.
