Iu2019ve been using this company since I had the inspection before I bought the house 7 years ago. Today Natasha was insightful on the phone and they came out because I was having some issues. As usual, they did not disappoint. They drained my septic tank and also checked the back to make sure everything was working properly and after I flushed the toilets and they drained the tank, Alex came into my house to check my toilets to see what the result was to make sure I donu2019t have other issues.. I really like this company.
We recently had a drain field issue with septic systems. Bradford a division of Raider Rooter sent Darwin to fix. After extensive investigation we needed a new drain field. ours was over 30 years old. Darwin and office handled the whole job from permits to installation keeping me informed the whole way. Our sewer line stopped up, Raider Rooter sent Anthony out to restore the flow. Anthony did an excellent job, made sure the system was back to 100% flow. My dad is handicapped and we needed to raise the toilet height using a toilet riser under the base of the toilet. After being unsuccessful getting our project done with two other companies, Raider Rooter took care of everything and did a great job. Evan was very kind and responsive and the gentleman who worked in our home was very clean and left the area spotless after completing the project.

I just moved into a new home and needed a new septic system. From the initial inspection prior to buying the home to the completion of the job, everything was so easy and done quickly. Even with site constrictions, the job was done clean while maintaining the landscaping details of the backyard.
