Excellent turnaround on quotes, questions & requests - can't say enough about their quick & straightforward responses! I needed to see a sample of the roofing material & they delivered it same day. Job was 99% completed in one day including assistance removing a very old, massive, disconnected water heater that had been sitting in the attic for years & was too large to go through the home attic access - project manager (Diana) was on hand & quick to assist whenever necessary. We are happy with the communication, the work, the cleanup & the new roof is beautiful! Shout out to Tommy for staying on top of our requests & answering our questions - highly recommend 👌
I have to say I am very pleased with the installation of my new shingles from Martin Roofing and Solar. A new roof wasn’t even on my radar this year until the hail arrived. Shortly after that, their sales rep, Alejandro arrived and offered to inspect our roof for free. He was able to identify a few issues, and suggested we contact our insurance company. He worked with the insurance agency’s inspector to get us approved for a new roof.nnOn the day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly at 6 am and had the old shingles removed in a couple of hours. They identified some additional issues with the decking and replaced the damaged sections promptly. They even worked through a downpour and managed to keep water out of the house.nnAlejandro was here during the installation to answer the couple of questions I had as well as ensure a quality installation. I am very comfortable with the quality of the installation because the shingles were tested shortly after installation by the hurricane. We didn’t lose a single one.nnOne of the things that really impressed me was how clean they left the yard. Not only did they put tarps over the grass to collect the old shingles and nails when they were pulled off the roof. But before they left, they swept the yard at least twice and collected the few nails or pieces of shingles that the tarps missed.nnI highly recommend Martin Roofing and Solar if you are in need of a new roof.nnPro tip: ask for Alejandro
I had significant roof damage from hail storms, storm fronts recently from June 2024 and then wind and heavy rain damage from Hurricane Beryl. I talk dealt with other roofing companies but I didn’t feel confident with dealing with them until I came across Martin Roofing and Solar. Tomas from Martian Roofing and Solar came to the house and gave a consultation and ordered a satellite picture of the roof. He and his company helped me navigate and deal with the frustrating home insurance. He helped me get the best settlement for my roof and set a date for the new install. His team came at the crack of dawn, set up, a delivery was made for roofing supplies and his team of roofers began taking off the old roof and installing the new one. There was also a manager that was available on site to answer all my questions and deal with unforeseen challenges; which there was. Damaged roof panels were cut out and replaced, new roofing hardware was installed and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. They performed amazingly and had a keen attention to every detail on the roof. The end result was a clean sharp looking roof that made the house look brand new. From the start they were straight shooting with the information on what I needed to know, answered all my questions, helped navigate the frustrating insurance and helped with every step of the process. I’m glad I chose them, and I recommend them right away to anyone who was looking to get their roof done!
Alex was so helpful, he practically did everything, when it comes to my insurance company, I technically only spoke with them once Alex did everything else, and his workers were great, fixed the wood on my awning, I didn't know they were going to fix , I was greatful for that and cleaned up anything that was left on the ground including my neighbors beside me. If there was an option for a 10-star rating I would have put that very very happy with their work
This 2024 we had so much issues with the weather: hail, wind, and a hurricane. It damaged our house badly. Dealing with insurance and contractors is difficult and I didn’t know which one was good or bad. I went through so many contractors but cannot find one that could help me with what I wanted. After several weeks I found Martin roofing and solar co, they give me the best offers that I was looking for. Working with Tommy is the best experience I ever had, he’s very friendly and professional about his job. He explained all the details about the roof and warranty for job and roof. He also helped me to pick out the color for the roof and explain to me what kind of roof material are good for my house. He is very detailed and helpful. When they came to the house for the job, they where very professional. The crew worked fast and did the job very well. They covered my plants and AC unit. They were not loud or nosy and took their time to take the old roof off and replace the new one very nicely. I checked on all the material before the replacement, and all materials where brand new and good brands like Tommy told me from beginning. I am very happy with the company and TOMMY. They are very well professional about their customers services and job. Thank you so much for help me go through this hurricane easy. Great experience working with Thomas at Martin roofing, he was involved with my project about 90 days ago when one of Houston's notorious storms came by and did significant damage on the roof. Made multiple inspections and reinspections and complied with insurance requirements and eventually got it done and he did a fantastic job with the install and still has a little bit more work to do. I can't highly recommend enough.
They were very helpful as we fought with insurance about what was covered. Tommy, was very patience and work me through everything. Very fair price and it looks great!nDefinitely recommend!
Martin Roofing and Solar have provided excellent service from start to finish. Our new roof looks great and the process was so smooth. The final clean up after roof installation was so thorough our yard looked better than when they started. Mike was responsive to every question and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They are also coordinating the other repairs we needed after the hail storm.
Tommy and Alejandro were great, as well as all of the roofers! Job was done quickly, awesome job cleaning up, and everyone helpful and polite, highly recommend! Robert
