From the moment Andrew came out to the house to give us an estimate, we were excited to work with First American Roofing and Siding. His enthusiasm and excitement is contagious and makes the experience so much easier and fun!nnThe work started on the house and then we met Nate who was available to answer any question or concern we had from the beginning to end. He was always a phone call away and was willing to address our questions.nnThe guys working on the house did a PHENOMENAL job! They were respectful every step of the way and so very fast paced. It was so much fun to see how close they paid attention to detail!nnWe have had people stop us in our yard and one person even left us a note on our door to tell us how gorgeous the house looks and what a difference!nnWe thank everyone that was involved, from the first phone call to the final walk through, and couldn't ask for a better outcome! IT. IS. BEAUTIFUL! Cody came out to put a piece on the peak of the garage. And Dallas has checked out door many times after hail storms. This is an amazing company. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you need anything from roofing to siding, I highly recommend First American Roofing & Siding.
Excellent Experience! Workers came on a schedule that worked both for us and a rainy June (2025). I liked that the house was getting a “roofing system.” The integration of the new roof, 2 new skylights, and upgraded rain gutters was well planned out. The trim crew did cutouts of our siding when necessary and then came back to trim up the completed product. Price was extremely fair when we considered the high quality of the material, the labor, and the cleanup. Concerning price, there was no smoke and mirrors; one all-inclusive price for everything. I also appreciate that USAA homeowners insurance now likes us better with the Class 4, impact residence product.
I am very satisfied with the installation of my new soffit, fascia, and gutters by First American Roofing and Siding. The entire process was seamless, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I would like to extend my gratitude to Lucas for his guidance and assistance throughout the project. Additionally, the installation team demonstrated commendable diligence and skill in their work. I hope that my future home projects go as well as this one did.
First american roofing and siding.did a outstanding job.they replaced a metal roof with shingles.the weather was unpleasant. But they still finished the job.on time can't say enough about there outstanding crew.took great care to prevent damage to landscape. We had hail damage to our roof and filed a claim with our insurance. Once we were “ok’ed” by our insurance adjuster, First American took it from there. They communicated with our insurance company and got things sorted out to be covered. First American had wonderful communication, great work ethic and got the job done quick! I would highly recommend First American Roofing!
Had Jim Haggerty come out for an estimate last week. He was honest with us about the shape of our roof and what he was seeing. He laid out our options with no pressure to move forward. Even if we don’t move forward this summer, Jim and First American Roofing and Siding have our business when we do!
This is an great local company to work with. A real person answered the phone and connected me with one of their specialists right away. He was onsite that day and completed a very detailed inspection of my roof which included many photos in the report. Areas that needed immediate attention were sealed during the inspection which is outstanding. They followed up with an honest recommendation on what repairs needed done in the near future and a recommendation on when the roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend this company!

From our first meeting with the folks at First American Roofing and Siding I found them to be listeners and problem solvers. Jim asked a lot of questions and helped us narrow options - he was patient and truly a comfort to work with. Our project included a whole house siding upgrade along with custom corbels, columns and matching various ancillary structures on the house. We were afforded ample siding options for color and material along with having several customized smaller projects incorporated in as well…this included a wood ceiling on our front porch, updating our outdoor kitchen area, custom corbels and shutters and providing an outstanding mason to change and update the exterior stone features. The end product is great and our house has a fresh and bold new look. Any issues along the way were addressed quickly and with a partner mindset. I would highly and confidently recommend this team to anyone who asks and am very happy with the results.
The team of Devon and Jack deserve a 5 star review. Their attention to detail was excellent. They explained to us what/why/ and how they would perform each step. They answered all our questions. Very polite, and considerate. The company as a whole seems to value their employees.nExcellent job!
First American Roofing is great to work with. They treated my home like it was theirs. The workmanship is top quality. My request for concern about my roof was addressed within 24 hours and the inspection of my roof was accomplished within 48 hours. James was very pleasant and assured me that all was well. I previously had a leak taken care of last year and it was done very professionally.
We recently had a small leak in our roof following a rain storm. Called First American Roofing and was treated quick & efficiently when scheduling an appointment. A few days later Adam came to look at the situation. He was immediately able to find the problem area and patch the leak. He also took the time to take a look over the roof as a whole and sealed a few areas where the caulk had cracked & was deteriorating due to the wrong product being used when the roof was initially put on. Adam's thoroughness was greatly appreciated!
They are very thorough. Listened to every question I had and gave me the answers I needed. Everything was done in one day. Very professional team, hard working and it looks terrific. 100% recommend their company.
I had a great experience working with First American Roofing. My salesman was courteous, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend working with Andrew. I was provided with a detailed quote, outlining the products being used for my project (roof and gutters). I was confident moving forward with my project because the details were explained and I felt comfortable asking questions I had.
In the fall of 2024 as we moved into our home in Shelby, we knew a new roof was needed. Through the Sales process with Luke F. and with Nate and Austin providing project oversight, We received fabulous and quality work and craftsmanship in our new roof, facia, soffit, and gutter system.nAs of recent, we experienced a visible water leak and minor wall damage. The First American support team was very proactive and I received same day service and repair.nThe roof expert that helped us through this issue was Cody. Cody examined the situation, let me know what the issue was, and how his repair would resolve the leak issue. Upon completion, not only did Cody solve the initial issue, he performed a walk through of the other vent boots - which needed to be repaired as well. Job was DONE and done right.nI must add one important aspect with Cody, he was the sole person who installed a Gaco roof on our three season porch roof. This is a very unique and time consuming work effort. Cody did not miss a step in how this installation is to be done and done right. His work ethic is impeccable and beyond appreciated. Working with First American was a great experience from the very beginning. Very knowledgeable staff who always responded quickly. Casey was awesome to work with and took care of everything along the way!
Casey and Ryan gave an excellent assessment of my needs for attic insulation. Ryan was especially helpful in working via email to meet our needs. We are looking forward to their work this Fall.
