Rachel was excellent u2014 we were able to get scheduled immediately and she efficiently checked our whole family! She was thorough but gentle, and I was even able to work through my session while on a work call. Highly recommend
Im so pleased with this company and want to thank Lena for getting back to us within minutes after my request online. Technician Alexandra arrived at our house within an hour to help us out with our not easy case. She was very nice and friendly, but more than anything, she was professional and was able to make my kids stay still and engaged during the treatment. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for such a great service! Highly recommend Alexandra to anyone!
If you need help with Lice call Lice Free Noggins ASAP. Lena got back to me so quickly and was transparent with everything. She kept me in the loop as she worked to send someone from her team and she had Amanda at my house in an hour. From the second she walked in the door she was amazing....made my kids feel so calm and comfortable and helped answer ALL of my questions. She was a true professional and also a mom so she knew exactly how I was feeling. I can't thank the team enough and while I hope I don't have to call them again soon, I would in a heartbeat if need them.
Lice Free Noggins was wonderful. They were so responsive and sent someone over to my apartment right away. The lice specialist Amanda was so kind and patient with my 3 year old. I highly recommend them!
Lice is an icky but inevitable part of having little kids. We called around 8pm and Rachel was at our house bright and early the morning. She assessed and treated the situation quickly and made even our most hysterical kids feel comfortable. Worth every penny.

We had a great experience with Nina. The booking process was seamless and so easy to organize and they were able to come at very short notice to our house. Nina was charming, reassuring and knowledgeable and made a less than ideal situation much better. We did do the follow up service but were delighted it was all clear of lice. Another testament to how effective the procedure was. Thank you!

Itu2019s Saturday morning and the kindergarten group chat is blowing up because someone has lice. While the other parents panicked, we called Lice Free Noggins, who sent a specialist in hours. Nina was thorough and gentle, ensuring that lice were eliminated after just one visit. Donu2019t recommend getting lice, but if your child inadvertently brought it home, Lice Free Noggins will take care of you and put you at ease.
Nina was wonderful. I certainly don't recommend getting lice, but Lice free noggins, and Nina in particular, made the process infinitely less stressful. Worth the money for sure.

Lice Free Noggins is fantastic. Lena responded right away when I called on a holiday and sent someone over in a hour. Nina, our technician was incredible, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I canu2019t say enough wonderful things about Lena and Rachel. Not only was the appointment quick, easy and most importantly reliable, Lena has helped ease our anxiety. Having Lice is a stressful experience and Lena is quick to respond to questions and eases our fear.
Great service! Called the number at 9 pm and Lena picked up and was so helpful and kind. They sent Rachel the next morning and she was so efficient and competent and patiently explained every step and showed us how to do it. We actually had plans that evening and she guaranteed we were all lice-free and could keep our plans. It was such a relief to get their expert professional guidance and support.
Today I called Lice Free Noggins for help. My daughter was scratching her head. I freaked out ripped my house apart. Threw out all beding, blankets, pillows and I couldn't tell you what else. I didn't know what to do about my daughter's hair. Lena was amazing on the phone answered all my questions. She sent Rachel to the rescue. Rachel, was amazing with my daughter. Made us both so comfortable. She reassured me I had done everything on my end right and she took care of the eggs. She explained what to continue to do once she left us, but would be back to check us next week. Rachel was wonderful, so kind and caring. I cant thank Lena and Rachel enough. I have to recommend Nino. I was a wreck with a newborn and a preschooler at home. Nino was so kind to our family and put my mind at ease. I felt so good after she left. She explained every step she took. She was patient and gentle with our family. I was so worried about our baby, and she handled it all with such grace (she reassured me that baby was fine). Nino explained how to clean and what to clean and even recommended products to prevent this from happening again. She was so warm and personable which helped distract me while she worked. Plus she explained that this wasn't our fault... Lice can just happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime (but usually when the weather is warmer!). Plus the rates are well worth the peace of mind. Please don't hesitate to call Lena--she was very responsive and the communication was top notch. Thank you Lena and Nino.
