I am writing this long overdue review because the case this law firm helped us win for our son set him up to have the best of all he needed until his recent death on 9/22/22 (his 23rd birthday). We won our lawsuit when DJ was 8 years old (2007). Phil Russotti and Jason Rubin were the two we remember dealing with who did an outstanding job and who we will never forget and always recommend. This law firm was recommended to my husband by one of their former clients and we are so glad we went with them. Not only did they take our "preemie" case which other lawyers don't like to take since they are "so hard to prove" but they got a settlement. My experience with Wingate , Russotti, Shapiro and Halperin LLP firm was better than i ever expected. It was such a hard time in my life but my attorney Mike Zisser was able to keep me calm and informed of the whole process. Mike is very professional, informative, and responsive.
