People Complaining about "not going here if you value your time." they changed my appt" need to understand that people (including doctors) do have emergencies come up , possibly could have had a death in the family etc. But it happens and i understand .

Receptionists rude and unpleasant. Offered a 3 month future appointment. Not acceptable to me. Waited too long for this one. Receptionist argued how many times she called me Dr Toups professional. Needs truthful responsible office help. Will not use this practice again.
