Employee, didn’t get her name, says “do you need a basket?” And goes to the front of the store to get me one. I was impressed and very grateful. Thank you again for your help!

Great customer service - I accidentally left a purchased item in my cart and called the store that night to ask if they had found it. The associates scoured the carts and the store for me... Everyone there is so friendly and helpful!

One of my items I noticed as she was wrapping had several flaws so I asked her if I could exchange it for one that wasn’t so flawed! She stated to me let me call the lead and she can help you if there aren’t anymore! So the lead came Thomasina who was not engaging never made eye contact with me or said at least hello she spoke with the cashier never knowledge my presence told the cashier I can do 10percent off ! I said thank you I appreciate that ! she never responded ! I don’t know if she was having a bad but for a customer lead or floor supervisor she has no customer service skills and not a good representative of the store….. Do Better Thomasina
