December 2021 by Sharla MurrillThe worse experience I have ever had in a department store. The staff could not assist me in a simple price check. I sat and watched the clerk at the jewelry station check out people with other items that were not jewelry, but couldn't give me a price check on an item either. No management was around. The lines were long and all I wanted was a price check on an item. Disappointing!

December 2021 by Juseong KimOn weekdays there are a lot of people shopping here. The cashier line is way too long because there's only one or two cashier even though it's very busy. Have to wait over 30min just for paying. It's insane.

December 2021 by Jennifer McNerneyI'm rather disappointed in the women's clothing selection overall, esp tops and sweaters. Even the active wear clothing. There were no sweat type pants or any kind of relaxed yoga style pants. Everything was tight fitting skinny leg style. I found very little appealing, felt like waste of time looking in that section when I didn't find one thing of was interested in trying on. Idk who is doing their buying, but I'd like to take over.

December 2021 by Amanda HoltzI love TJ’s and have been to many different ones. However, I’ve never had such a bad experience. This location isn’t well maintained but the customer service made it so much worse. I was returning an item that broke but was outside of the 30-day window. I asked at a different TJ if this would be an issue and he said to no, they’d just give me store credit. But when I brought the item to this location, the Supervisor (apparently her name is Nany) yelled “nope - look at our return policy” and wouldn’t even come look at it. The item was a shower caddy, in the original packaging and clearly unused. I went to a different TJ and they returned it without issue and apologized it broke. I won’t be coming back to this location.

December 2021 by Masami ManuelAbsolutely in love with this place! They have tons of pet supplies at an affordable price. They are dog friendly store as they mention in their policies. It was nice to shop with my dogs.
