Cashier 1021 lacks basic customer service and communication. I went for a return and was not greeted, and the cashier didn't speak a word to me. Was she upset that i was returning something? I returned something i bought 2 days ago and in case unused exact condition. Very rude treatment.

Am immensely unhappy with this location services. The cashier was a lady around 50 years and she’s profoundly unprofessional. I bought something and she said I can give you %10 off, I said ok. At the end I realized that she applied for credit card at SYNC Bank for me, basically I haven’t need for credit card. When I called to the SYNC Bank to cancel the credit card it dropped down my credit score. I would recommend for the manager of this location, please train your cashier and they shouldn’t play with customers credit scores.

This TJMaxx location in Potomac Mills is impressive. I haven't visited in a while, but the new renovations are awesome. More check out stations and exit in the rear of the store is quite convenient.

I like the new entrance (but feel the doors are backwards and everyone is confused entering and exiting- whose decision was that???).. and although I do love this store I found a lot of bare shelves and discounted prices on damaged items are still too steep in my opinion. Why pay so close to full price for a broken piece of furniture?

TJ Maxx store in Potomac Mills mall used to be crummy, dank and all-around sad. But that ain't how it is anymore...it is refreshed/renovated, from the greatly improved parking lot to the brighter, cleaner better-stocked store. One can actually walk the floors and push a cart without removing chunks of floor and dodging potholes inside the store. Not sure when the upgrades came, but I've avoided the joint since around 2015 until a recent quest for affordable graphic tees forced me through the smooth-working automatic doors, and I was pleasantly surprised ...more like shocked really. Don't worry...it still feels like a combination rummage bazaar and sidewalk sale but a really nice rummage bazaar though. As with any discount clothing and goods store, lines can be long during peak times but the friendly staff keeps the line moving at a respectable pace. I like this store now! Thanks for all the noticeable improvement TJ Maxx at Potomac Mills. Its been a long time coming. ??
