December 2021 by Hannah PChristmas Eve shopping at TJ Max and you would expect the employees to be unhappy because they are having to work however, I had to MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE TODATE!! Betty C (Coffman I believe was her last name) went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for!! She went as far as pulling totes from the back to see if they had more colors in nail polish for my step daughter!! She is a gift to the location! We hugged like we had known each other forever! Then McKay the cashier helped by telling me what colors would look good on a teen girl lol! He was very pleasant and cheerful! Such a wonderful experience! We pulled up to store and watch 2 thieves walk out of the store with armloads of stolen merchandise and all of the employees just watching from the window, with some laughing!!! That tells me the type of employees that they hire and I'm guessing the corporate policy. If they will enable thieves, they do not need my money.

December 2021 by Alexa SimsWhile I really love this store this location is always a hit or miss but mostly miss I have only found a few good things only a couple of times. Their selection is so lacking and I’m tired of returning to this location only to be disappointed. I really hope it gets better it’s going downhill quickly.
