I'm guessing they must have decided to have a company meeting while I was checking out, because as I was finished after the hour long wait, 4 employees materialized from the back of the store. Either way... a 1 hour checkout process is beyond unacceptable, and I will likely not return for a while (at point I will update my review if the process is improved). Rated 2 stars because the woman that checked us out was very pleasant.
