December 2021 by Darlene MabreyPricing & signing team needs more training, me managing a signing team for Macy's 15yrs+ I know procedures & protocol, there were several racks of reg price merchandise on the clearance rack, when I got to cashier, I had her to double check the prices because of the issue I was seeing. She implied that people always put clothes on the wrong racks, which really that's what she was implying I did. I told her that there were 6-12 of the same item on the clear rack. An that someone needs to go back & scan t he e racks & put the garments on the proper racks so that it no confusion when you get to the register. There was a manager right there beside my sales clerk & never said a word. I'm not one to start a seen but I should have gotten all my item for clearance price because your signing was poorly managed.

You must go up either the escalator or elevator to get to the store on the top floor (there may be stairs as well, I just did not see them). I found a massive dog bed for an amazing price. There are a lot of clothes to choose from as well.

December 2021 by Tilly LoStop here for my annual day planner, 2022. Found one 3 years ago, and I loved it! Now I go to TJMaxx every year around this time to pick one up for $12.99. I always stop by the pet section but I rarely find anything I want. They do have a great selection of dog beds, and it is hit or miss. Home Goods, and Marshalls carry similar items, after all 3 are owned by the same corporation. This location has aged and haven't been remodeled unlike some of the stores I visited in the East coast. The salespeople at the registers are pretty fast unlike some of the Marshalls.
