December 2021 by Kate JacksonGreat big windows and a surprising amount of seating available for such a prime location in the city. Good options for alternative milk to dairy. Blueberry scone was a bit dry but maybe that’s just scones… probably time to realize that they just are categorically not as moist as muffins! Good service, line moves pretty quickly even at peak hours.

December 2021 by Raymond ChildsI absolutely love this place!!! Huge windows in what seems like an industrial warehouse style interior. I only come here fir the iced oat milk matcha-impeccable! This is the best matcha that I’ve tasted in NYC-that’s saying a lot for me because I order that all over the City. Trying to find out the matcha powder they use is like getting into the vaults of the Kremlin!

December 2021 by Sayaka SI just walked by this place and decided to grab a drink. I’ve been to some of their down town location before and I always liked their selections if tea. I got large size iced tea for $4. Very nice flavored hibiscus tea. Service is nice and simple. Enough space inside and outside and very comfortable. Good coffee tea stop
