The 3.9 star rating is wrong it should be a 1 star for how bad these people represent you in court. This place should be shut down they never win any time of cases and look out only for themselves.

I would like to inform you that The Ticket Clinic is a law firm located at 502 SE Port St Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 is a company that cheats its customers. I turned to them for help. BUT the services of this company only worsened my situation. THEIR REPRESENTATIVES did not help with the fine, I will have to pay it in full. Also, with their help, I will have to undergo additional training at school. And on top of everything else, I also paid for their services. This company can only do harm, avoid them. And never ask them for help!

I lost my case and had points added to my license. I talked with the lawyer when first going their to see is their services could help or benefit me in anyway with my case. 195 dollars and now I owe Martin county 330 dollars on top of that. Also talked with them about if I was to lose the case for any reason to see about a hardship will with the judge and 2 weeks later I get a letter saying my license will be suspended. If I had talked with the lawyer before you guys ok my case and he said a hardship shouldn’t be a issue why do I have to go back to court to try and get a hardship when I paid you guys to try and settle this whole thing in one shot. I have family that is also in the midst of trying to have there case beat and very little communication. Biggest scheme I’ve seen down here since I moved here won’t be using them again

I hired The Ticket Clinic to represent me in May of this year. Upon recently checking my case's decision, I was alarmed to find out that the judge found me guilty. However, that wasn't the biggest issue. I later discovered that points would be added to my license after being told that no points or no traffic school would be given to me, which is why I decided to proceed with the ticket clinic. This is my second ticket EVER and my second one in 6 years; there is no reason why points should have been added to my license. I later found out that Michael Joseph O'rourke, my hired attorney, entered a plea of nolo contendere, which I did not agree to. I adamantly stated that I was not guilty when I initially spoke with The Ticket Clinic. I also was made aware that Michael did not ask the judge to consider traffic school so that no points would be added to my license. He basically just showed up to court on my behalf and took my money. I am now responsible for paying the citation and court fees on top of what I paid the ticket clinic. Hire Michael if you want points on your license and a guilty verdict. I will be taking matters into my own hands, as I should have initially.

Zero stars if I could. This was a total waste of money. This actually cost me more money than paying the ticket. I paid $95 to the Ticket Clinic and still had to pay the cost of the ticket. I have an excellent driving record. I haven’t had a ticket in over 20 years, yet this service couldn’t get this dismissed. Terrible lawyers. NEVER AGAIN! I will blast negative reviews everywhere. Should have paid another company $20 more to guarantee a dismissal. HORRIBLE SERVICE PERIOD. ZERO STARS. I should be given a refund since they did nothing on my behalf. Update: Call me what you want. Yes, I didn’t respond back to be honest…why? I still feel your service was not good. 4 months later I couldn’t find the notice and who would? I hired you all hoping to help. I don’t need to prove to you anything. Look at the many other 1 star reviews you earned with the same story as me. Have a good day!
