Almost two years ago, at the height of the pandemic, I was involved in a severe care accident that left me badly injured and unable to work. The road to recovery was long and difficult but Scott Pryor and his team stood by me throughout it to ensure I received the care I needed (Angie and Lindsay are the BEST). Unfortunately my injuries required surgery, but I am incredibly thankful for the team's direct involvement in connecting me with a trusted surgeon that was up to the task. Scott Pyor and his team made sure I felt informed and taken care of even through the long waiting periods that exist in these type of things. After everything, they made sure I was made whole, that all of my medical bills were taken care of, and that I was compensated for my loss of income as well as pain and suffering. Originally I was recommended to Scott Pryor Law based on the phenomenal communication from paralegals and staff. Rhonda and Angie were very informational and up front about the process and made sure to let me know to please reach out if I had any questions. While this was my first time having a lawyer, I truly appreciated transparency for reassurance. However, that is not what happened. During my time with Scott Pryor Law I cannot say I experienced any of that. Again, everyone I spoke to was very friendly, but their actions did not match their words which made me feel as if my questions weren’t important at all. Most of them were quite simple questions, but again I would not even hear back from anyone after being promised “they’ll get right back to me” as soon as possible. Lindsay Butler who I was passed along to later in my case did not respond to a single email or call until the case was actually finalized. It left me explaining my situation/questions multiple times to different receptionists leaving me feeling left in the dark with little help. Once I went almost two weeks without hearing back from a paralegal or staff. I began having a lot of doubts in the decision to do business with them, but in the end I was pleased with the financial outcome. From a legal standpoint it seemed to be very beneficial for me, but I cannot say I would recommend due to the frustration from lack of communication.
