Really poor towel selection…unless you like pink and bright orange. Sets of dark gray were missing various items. Restocking problems is my guess.

I shop at target frequently. They typically have what I'm looking for and my experience is fine. Last night was much different. I asked multiple employees for help finding a pair of headphones that showed they were in stock on the app. The lady in electronics didnt even offer to look them up, she just said the inventory was off and oh well. So I went to customer service, and the young gentleman running carside pickup was the only one who tried to help me. The young lady by the name of Ava interrupted me while I asked about the headphones and then gave me rude looks while I waited for her to finish talking to her coworker about personal matters. She then told me the lady in electronics should have looked it up for me and brushed me off. When I mentioned ordering online and doing 2 hour pickup, she interrupted again and told me that was a waste because no one was going to look for them. I understand its hard to find quality employees, but Ava should not be in customer service. She is rude, not helpful and refusing to do the basics of her job. I went to another store and got help from one of ther employees.

There was a worker bringing in a children's cart from the parking lot. He looked and saw me and several cars behind me coming, and what does he decide to do? Walk exceedingly slow and swerve from one side of the lane to the other. It took me over 5 minutes to get parked because he decided to do this. Honestly I was furious. I don't want to shop some where where the workers go out of their way to inconvenience their customers. It's awful.

Didn't appreciate it when I find a pack of kids 4t underwear that someone had stolen 2 out off and turned into an employee. then I get followed through the whole store for 30 mins like im the one who stole it im just dumb founded won't do that ever again

The Exchanges and Returns desk is so annoying. We waited for ten minutes for them to try and figure out how to make a return. The job they have is literally to make returns at that desk. And not only one girl, but two girls couldn’t help us. I’m not impatient I can wait for ten minutes to be helped, it’s just hilarious how the reason they are at the desk is to make returns and they couldn’t even do that!! Also, the two girls played Rock Paper Scissors in front of us to decide who had to help us. And they were cussing in front of us too… so weird
