This place is always messy, and has incredibly long lines, like unbelievably long. And now to make matters worse I was hit on by someone who worked in electronics, I don’t think he actually works there but he was doing something there, super gross and unprofessional. He was also very clearly way older than me, get help jeez.

If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. If you want to experience what a knock off half-valued Dollar Tree with all the bells and whistles of the worst possible customer service and experience possible, come here. The joke of this establishment just keeps getting worse.

Target is totally the worst store ever. I bought a present for my grandchildren online and my daughter in law could not pick it up they day they wanted us to. I extended on the app and my dil was unable to pick it up the next day. I called and ask the manager Chris (female) at the snellville ga store to please extend one more time and she as a manager of the store was not allowed to? Pitiful customer service! I explained that I had paid for it and they said they would refund my card. I explained I didn’t want a refund but would pick up first thing in the morning. Chris told me that was not possible that it would be returned to stock (last one of course) I asked her to please hold at customer service for me to repurchase in the morning. She either could not or would not. Obviously target isn’t about customers at all. Just about the money they can make on people! Also the very unprofessional Chris female manager said she couldn’t provide her last name when I told her I needed it for a review I would post but instead she quickly hung up the phone on me! Wow Target. I hadn’t shopped with y’all in 20 years because of your poor service and I remember why now! Buyers beware! You must do exactly as they say to have the privilege of buying from Target!!

Using the target app, I ordered a humidifier for my 2 month old twins and requested delivery to my home via their delivery service. The delivery was $9.99 and when the shopper arrived, she has to cancel my order for the humidifier because although it was shown as available on the app, the store didn’t have the product. So essentially, I paid $10 in shipping for a box of wipes, that I could have easily purchased on Amazon Prime for less than $9.99 for shipping. The store is 20 minutes away from my home and I’m very upset that I have to drive with my daughters out of my way to pick up another humidifier since I was not going to pay another $10 for shipping. They did not offer any remedy at this time for the inconvenience which is unfortunate. My baby registry was with Target and to see how they treat those who give their store business is disheartening. Don’t use the app.

Ladies please be aware of a guy pretending to look for his vehicle in the parking lot. He’s a white guy looks to be in his mid to late 40s, medium muscular build and wears business casual attire. He ran up to my car thinking the door was unlocked moments after I got in. He then proceeded to act as if he was looking for his vehicle but never sounded an alarm, he was walking around as if he was confused and eventually walked away to his mini red suv that was in plain sight.
