December 2021 by Ansley EvansI bought something in the store and realized it was damaged once I got home. It was broken in several pieces. I called and told them that I live 45 mins away, and if they could hold it for me until I got up there to swap them out. The manager I spoke to apparently pulled the wrong item, and then made me pay for it. Not one person there understood anything I said and I wasted so much time and money going back and forth with them. Communication between employees was not there either. Because I called on my way up there the second time and they told me I didn’t need to bring the broken item, so I threw it out. Once I got there, they told me there was nothing they could do with my receipt and no item. Such a headache.
