December 2021 by Adrian SmithI will drive all the way to Target in Prattville before I set foot in this store again. The employees don't care about customer experience at all. I went in to make a return, an exchange and to purchase a few items. I started off at the Customer Service desk. This particular employee was very helpful, polite and kept it professional while her coworkers were behaving very childishly talking about another female employee and cursing like they were at some backyard bbq. When I finished my shopping and went to check out, Register 6 was open and the light was on but no one was standing there. All the cashiers were huddled up at one of the other cashier stations just looking at me like I was crazy. I asked if the lane was open and one cashier rolled her eyes at me as if I was an inconvenience. She came to the register and began to ring me up when she asked if I had an exchange as well. When I told her I did, she scoffed at me and said angrily, "You could've just done all this at Customer Service", rolling her eyes and smacking her lips. I apologized to her and explained I didn't know and I thought I had to do 2 separate transactions. She just walked away and didn't say anything. I left feeling like I was nothing. Like I was an inconvenience to come shop and ask for assistance. If you want to be treated like your business is appreciated and not like a annoying insect, I suggest you do not visit this store.

December 2021 by Elise FredekingOK - I love Target - clean store and well stocked, but I can't tolerate unprofessional behavior. I've spent more than 30 years in service related jobs and I wouldn't dream of acting this way. The cashier was more concerned about whether she was going to get a break before the end of her shift than greeting me or asking me if I found everything I was looking for. The co-worker she was asking for clarification was spouting off about everyone there lying about everything. WOW. You do realize a CUSTOMER is hearing all this, right?!?!?

December 2021 by Fredricka Anderson10-15-2022 Target, my question is WHO OR WHAT TYPE OF PROPER AUTHORITY DO YOU HAVE RUNNING THE STORE AT NIGHT??? Because when we shoppers come in at 8am opening time, it should not look like the ghetto or the west side of town . LITERALLY TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOORS. And CLOTHES JUST THROWN ALL OVER THE PLACE. Why is there clothes hanging up in the shoe aisle? Paper towels, plastic, rappers, all sorts of trash on the floors and clothes hanging of hangers, and clothes from all different sections of the stores scattered everywhere right in front? And it’s the first thing people see!! How about you hire real workers that don’t just sit back the whole night, and let immature people that do nothing but clown around and joke with each other unsupervised in the store. Target is a place where RESPECTFUL AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE COME TO SHOP. People shop at Target spending more for an item just to not have to go into other stores that aren’t properly organized and have to ask assistance from a not so friendly employee. Hire a professional cleaning crew. It’s dangerous picking up trash these days. You don’t know if there’s fentanyl in it or monkeypox. Either way, don’t ruin our love for target.

December 2021 by Emily BluntCould we get some actual Adults working in the Womens clothing section? Honestly We see them all over the store, but the little girls in the Womens Clothing really aren’t much of a help also rude. I didn’t appreciate the attitude that was given to my mother today. She is hard of hearing but needed help finding clothing for fuller women. All we go was a point of the finger, as she continued back in her phone. Had to ask someone else. The lady’s at the front are so much nicer.

December 2021 by Coty HallI'm not a Target fanatic like many people are but I am a fan of some of the brands and some of the more recent changes to the grocery side. This location stays clean and pretty well stocked, has a Starbucks, and has a quick and easy return process.
