December 2021 by Yamilka CocaShopping at TJMaxx is always fun. They have great affordable prices and quality merchandise. However, our visit yesterday was more than just a shop. It was how empathetic employees care about their customers. My mom and I were shopping. When I was checking out I heard my name called and as I turned I see my mom had dropped to the ground (she's recuperating). The store manager & associates immediately came to our side and were attentive and caring. Store manager stayed with us till 911 responded to the call and she called me the next day to check on her well being and send us best wishes. They held our purchase and today we were able to complete our purchase. We are really grateful to the staff and appreciate all their help. We will definitely be going back!
