December 2021 by Christine PotterMy daughter placed a mobile order @ 7:45am this a.m. and at 8:20 her order was still not ready! Apparently, a mobile order doesn’t get your drinks any quicker than going inside or through the drive thru. Per the manager, they don’t begin making your drink until you get there, and then they bump you to the end of the in person orders. ???? Geez!!

Service is always slow (have currently been waiting 20 minutes for an iced coffee) and they frequently have to remake our drinks. The only reliable drink I can get from here is a black coffee or an americano. Nice kids working, though.

December 2021 by Rosa GarciaPut in an order ahead of driving to the store and then still ended up having to wait on the employees to prep it for another 10 minutes. I'd understand having to wait if the store was packed but it was practically empty. I waited almost 30 minutes from the time I placed my order. That is truly disappointing. This location seems to only prep orders for customers in the drive through. I doubt I'll be frequenting this particular location in the future.

December 2021 by Steven saultsEvery time I come here I get the same thing caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra caramel topping top and button. But they always do the opposite no matter what I say. I can say extra extra extra and they still put less and less I'm willing to pay for whatever but nothing same thing at target only certain ones that gets me and I tip them good. Also some aren't friendly at all.

December 2021 by The Celestial NomadFriendly service. Although the service here is quite slow I like this Starbucks. People know how busy these Starbucks can be, especially in very heavily populated cities :/ Just don’t come here in a rush :)
