December 2021 by Randall MitchellJust about every morning, I grab my to go white mocha from this wondrous Starbucks. The baristas here are phenomenal to say the least. They greet me by name everytime, they always wish me a great day and that really gets my morning going. So thank you for being a tad bit of emotional support for me every morning. ?

December 2021 by Bekah BerardiThis Starbucks location is like no other. The AM baristas are allstars. I went this morning, it being red cup day, and it was unbelievably busy. The baristas were patient with every customer (even the ones who were very impatient with them), providing solutions to guests who decided they couldn’t wait for their drink any longer and gladly gave updates on orders to anyone who asked. Were there mistakes being made? Yes. Were they providing excellent customer service? Absolutely. It’s clear that these wonderful individuals were working as hard as they possibly could and deserve to know that it is seen! Please! Give these people all the bonuses and perks possible.

December 2021 by Ethan WolfI’m currently standing here waiting for my mobil drink order and they are short staffed, which sucks, however, the baristas are currently talking with what I can assume are employees that came in on their day off, and have stopped what they are currently working on to dish on past customers that came in earlier. I’m one of 8 people that have been waiting for our orders patiently, but lately I’ve noticed the service here has gotten slower and slower. It’s like they know they’re one of a few Starbucks left in the area and don’t feel any need to get those orders out in a timely manor.

December 2021 by Lauren FayAfter the closing of country club location, this place has been totally overwhelmed in the mornings. Wait time over 45 min last time I ordered here. So many people had given up on their orders that the baristas were balancing making coffee with constantly being interrupted for refunds. The counter was a mess of orders that had been called and not claimed or given up on but made anyway. It was chaos and the baristas were just making the best of a terrible morning. Customers were rude and the vibe/atmosphere was one of stress, impatience, and hostility. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

December 2021 by David LiebschutzNot a regular Starbucks person but I asked for a recommendation and got a great coffee. Very quaint atmosphere tucked in a corner slice space in Brookside, I'd recommend for a date before walking around the shops or to study if you're a UMKC student.
