December 2021 by Jay PerdueDo not go to this Starbucks location. They do not know what they’re doing. My first experience there, the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was made with almond milk because they were “out of oat milk” and it tasted weak and not sweet at all. My second try today, the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew was nothing like the ones I’ve had at other locations — weak and not sweet, more like a watered down iced latte. I’ll drive a little further next time and go somewhere else.

December 2021 by kayla lundyI ordered through the Starbucks app this morning and my cup clearly says how many packets of sugar and what milk I wanted and I was in the line past the time it was supposed to be done due to other cars in front of me so therefore that gave them extra time to fix my cup of coffee correctly without any issues I shouldn’t have drove off and get to work only to find out it’s a cup of black coffee with nothing I asked for mixed in it and to have spent my money on what I asked for and not receive it I mean it’s on an app and on the cup how much common sense do you need in order to follow the simple instructions

These few times have been great today I ordered a Venti Pineapple Refresher with Peach Juice due to it being available on the mobile app. I placed it at 2:47 and it said it’ll be ready at 2:53. I have just left the store at 3:15 with a refund. Overall a great experience but I shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for my beverage and being told as well there is no peach juice. Overall I don’t think I will be a regular customer due to this recent experience.

December 2021 by Brittany BenefieldI'm so happy this location was built. Much more convenient for me since I live close by. I have visited 3 times since it opened, and each visit has been great! Very friendly staff and the line seems to move faster than most!

December 2021 by Parker JonesI was extremely happy to hear this location being built near me. I tried it for the first time today and I was amazed. Very roomy and a comfy vibe. I felt extremely welcomed here by the workers all greeting me and even numerous of them trying to help me. My food was fresh and my drink was tasty. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with recent Starbucks around in Memphis but when I wholeheartedly say this is the BEST location. You have a great staff and I WILL BE BACK!! Thank you to the staff!!
