December 2021 by 901 EI went in about 6:10am and ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and the drink I was given was pure white. I knew it was made incorrectly but I tasted it anyway. So I paid 6 bucks for a cup of Pure MILK!!! I gave the cup back to the barista (a very tall male white) and he corrected it. I heard the short dark skinned girl who made it immediately tell the manager that the cold brew machine was down. Well, why would you even attempt to give me that cup in the first place. Horrible service. -
December 2021 by Zandyr OrileyWalking into this Starbucks was an incredible experience. The Baristas were incredibly nice and helpful. One in particular was very very helpful. He had beautiful blue eyes and luscious black hair. Would definitely recommend going there!

December 2021 by Di W HolmesHorrible, horrific, tramatizing experience this afternoon at the 970 N Germantown Pkwy Starbucks location after 10+ years of doing business at this location. This location will never be patronized again, ever! This particular overweight Caucasian female (dark hair) should be fired on the spot for refusing me service because she obviously has major mental and emotional issues that probably requires medication. I had a juice smoothie and pack of chocolate, salted almonds to buy, but i wanted to also add $20 to my Starbucks app. She snatched my $20, then THREW it back at me simply because i wasn't standing directly in front of her at the other register and moving fast enough to reposition myself at the counter, so when I leaned over and requested she take the money and give me a second to gather up all things, i.e., my purse and merchandise to come and stand directly in front of her, she took it personally, got mad, rolled her eyes and made a mean, intimidating facial expression, then threw my money away over the counter, back in my direction, then proceeded to help a caucasian female customer instead. UNBELIEVABLE! Consequently, although i still support Starucks, I don't ever recommend this location to any African American patrons. I am appalled at the decline in service there since the pandemic.

December 2021 by Ashley ojedaThe red head barista was really rude, when she just yelled at us telling us all our drinks where at the end of the table. It doesn't Hurt to be polite we didn't realize the drinks where there. Also half our orders where made terrible. 1 Danish was soggy not heated enough, one drink was light ice with no ice at all and a caramel macchiato payed extra for caramel drizzle and got extra caramel shots. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND.

December 2021 by Queen ImaniToday, 3 different employees made a drink for me that I literally get everyday at a different location and it was just Wrong, my drink instructionsare very specific, i dont know if they were just rushing or what but eitherway it was a damper on my day. I know for a fact what it should taste like and this location just missed the mark, and the Manager finally returned my drink after all time lost and he inconviently put the transaction on 2 seperate gift cards, after i asked about the process, he said your getting more back this way when in fact its an almost $8 drink anyway after all my add ons. Sheesh... i would definitely pass on this locale next time. Also the cleanliness is subpar, they don't even have napkins in the dispenser
