December 2021 by Kay JayTeam member was complaining pretty loudly in front of about 7 customers waiting for their orders about never getting time off when he requests it and other people getting time approved who call out all the time. Not a professional atmosphere.

December 2021 by Drew EllisI believe the staff at this specific Starbucks all deserve a raise. They handle some very unusually rude customers (since any time I've ever gone) and are incredibly professional in the way they deal with them. Every time I've gone (aside from the rude customers who seem to get enjoyment in holding up the line), they've all been incredibly quick and kind.

December 2021 by Allison HoltzI asked for a hot venti mocha half pump with whip. Which just means a hot mocha coffee with half the pumps of syrup because I don’t like it super sweet. I asked for it to be extra hot and my coffee taste like dirty milk. It taste so bad that I can’t even figure out how on earth they messed it up so bad. The two people there argued about how to write it on the cup so I guess I should have know it was going to be a disappointment. I drink the same thing I always have for years at Starbucks so for this to be this bad I means good lord… it was terrible. I even called to try to tell them because I had left the store when my drink cooled enough to sip it so I’m stuck with spending 8.50$ on nothing! 10 out of 10 WORST EXPERIENCE
