December 2021 by Tracey SmithIn went to get a medicine ball, but this Starbucks didn't have the peppermint tea that is usually used, so the person suggested peach tea in the medicine ball. This was the best medicine ball ever! When you aren't feeling well and go to Starbucks, try the medicine ball with peach tea. Thank me later! -
December 2021 by Chad EppsI went through the drive through! The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't able to use the mobile app to make my order ahead of time! What is the point of having the app if you can't use it ? and I find more and more Starbucks that don't allow order ahead so you can use the app!!!

When I got my order it wasn't what I wanted, but I didn't say anything about it cause I didn't want to be rude, but the worse part was the flavor. I have always ordered the same drink in different places, but they had NEVER made it with such a bad taste and without the specifications I ordered.

December 2021 by Sherry PaytonI love you Starbucks and I feel bad because I didn’t bother to write a review the other 100 times that everything was just fine. This poor customer service encounter is pretty funny really. I get Starbucks every day. I asked for my coffee to be 100° because kid temperature is too hot for me. When he handed me my cup, it was burning hot. I gave it back to him and I said “this is too hot. I asked for 100 degrees”. He handed it back to me again and said “this is 100°”. I said “it’s too hot. Can you make it cooler?” he said “we could remake it, but it’ll be even hotter because it will be fresh coffee and handed it back to me again“! I said, “just put some milk in it”! Seriously.

December 2021 by W JEdited: Delicious. Best Starbucks around. BUT. They rarely have everything you want to order. It seems like they're always out of basics... even CUPS. ALL Breakfast Sandwiches?! This isn't the first time. I still love this place but management/supply needs help.
