December 2021 by Ruth BellIf I could give it a 0 I would I just left from getting my drink the girl with the braids had an attitude although the girl with red hair was nice……the girl with the braids was not helpful and did not make my drink right at all…..why work at a place with people if your attitude is gonna be nasty

December 2021 by Brian JoyceI don't drink coffee and never have but had a gift card so I used it on breakfast foods. The food was nothing special. It tasted like vending machine microwavable food, which I'm guessing it is, as I doubt a coffee shop has a real kitchen. I would never order food from here if I wasn't using a gift card, as it is bland and priced similar to places that actually create food as it is ordered.

December 2021 by Sandra ComasI love the coffee specialties that Starbucks has, and that you can choose them hot or cold, large or small. They have other frozen drinks, that are very tasty and refreshing. You can also add a little of whipped cream on your coffee, yummy. Or take a bite, choosing one of their special sandwiches, or something sweet, like their deserts. I like that they adapt their coffees to each season, and I can't wait for Fall, to taste my favorite pumpkin spice latte.

December 2021 by Clare ArnoldYeah no. I walked into here cause the Starbucks across the street had a long line. I first walk up and is 3 employees talking and the older two leave I guess to go do something else. The young girl took my order but didn’t know how to do anything. She couldn’t find it on the machine so she rung it up as something else. I ordered an Iced Chai w brown sugar. She didn’t know how to make the drink and told me afterwards she didn’t know and didn’t understand the cards with the recipes on them, and asked me to test it to see if it was correct. It tasted like straight up caramel syrup. She also asked me while making it if it was suppose to have something green in it???? I can’t even be mad at her cause she was obviously new and still in So why in the world did the obvious older more trained workers just walk off leave her there to do this by herself? And there was a line behind me. Poor girl.

Drove out of my way to come to this Starbucks that still showed it was open for another 20 minutes or more for a simple coffee, and stood there for a hot minute until some ELSE (not a Starbucks employee) finally said they were closed, a while before the posted hours. So either the hours are wrong or these employees tell people they're closed before they're actually closed. Either way that needs to be fixed.
