December 2021 by katlyn youngdon't order on the app and expect it to be ready anywhere close to your estimated time. i purposefully come 10min after the estimated time and my order is never ready. the store is never busy on the inside. this is probably the worst starbies in this area. i only come here when my regular store is out of what i order, so it's always my last resort -

December 2021 by Lili MendezI always order my food ahead and today I literally waited for my food for over 30 minutes and they burnt my food and they still managed to give me the food like that.I couldn’t stay because I’m already late for work and the girl with the glasses, making the food was rude as hell.

December 2021 by My voice reigns life SpeakerThe drinks are great. However what I dislike is when you walk in a place and no one speaks to you. In customer service it is my belief you should be greeted as soon as you walk in a door. I know that with barista work it can be time consuming. This should not interfere with your ability to lift your head when you see someone walk in the door and say hi, someone will be with you in a moment. For me to have to wait three to five minutes for someone to greet me it kind of dampers the experience. I would like for this to change because this establishment has so much potential. It’s pretty clean and organized. Although it does take a very long time for drinks to be made as well. I’m just one of those people who are determined to get what I want when I want it and be patient and respectful because I have been in the service industry. I can’t say that others will be the same.
