December 2021 by Debisree RayWe dropped by for the evening coffee around 8 pm on Sunday evening. It was not crowded. We got two hot mocha. The coffee was very basic. They were preparing to close, so we didn’t spend much time. We sat on the bar near the windows- and it was not very clean! Overall, Eru basic, and usual. -
December 2021 by Clay OwlglassI have been in very many Starbuckses, and this one is the slowest. I ordered a sandwich through the app and waited 12 minutes PAST when it was supposed to be done. The barista had taken it out of the oven, set it on top of the oven, and just forgotten about it entirely. It wasn't even that busy. They also insist on only ever having one bathroom functioning, which is always occupied. Just find a different Starbucks for your own sake

December 2021 by Grace More GraceI did a mobile order for this location I parked on the street because there was nowhere else to park which was dangerous I had submitted my order 40 minutes before I got there. All I had was two teas. Lattes. Everyone looked lost and They were not ready. No urgency to complete my order. No apologies No regard for time. I have worked at one of the most busy location. There is no reason for two drinks to not get made in 40 minutes. Certainly no reason not to offer an apology and be dismissive towards the wringed guest. I wish I could give you a zero. For not treating every guest like they matter. Because you sure perked up for the regular customer. who came behind. I remained calm and got a refund. Send the entire shift back to Starbucks university with extra credit assignments on Efficientcy locations in this area

December 2021 by Angela WilliamsI am never back because of the drink product. I shouldn't have to tell an employee that the drink isn't done properly. He knows better, unless he makes a difference in the service. I hadn't drink out of it and what makes it so bad I ordered 2, both were alike. I tell you if you want better service it's better to go elsewhere.

However, because they are very close to my apartment, I continue to give them business. Today that changes. I put in a mobile order for tall soy latte and waited 10 minutes for the drink. That was no issue at all. The issue came in my retrieving the drink and the cup feeling very light. I opened the lid to find an inch worth of room between the top of the lip and the foam. This is not the first time. I took the drink to the counter and stated this is not the 12 ounces of liquid I paid for. The woman on register had me open my lid, saw the sunken foam then had me replace the lid. She picked it up to feel the weight and said "That's the soy milk, that's right." No, what it is is poor quality control. The photos show my drink sans foam (I scooped it out) and sans taking a first sip right after I arrived home. $5 for a 6oz latte and poor customer service? I'll pass and so should you.
