December 2021 by Tina GibsonRude person taking orders. I am a little older and couldn’t hear her. She wouldn’t speak up when I told her I couldn’t hear her. I finally just stepped aside and let my husband complete his order. He hears a little better than I do and wasn’t able to hear her very well either.

December 2021 by Anna-Simone GrayAll I literally wanted was a vanilla steamer. Literally steamed milk- I watched 6 customers all of which ordered after me get their orders. I would’ve still been standing there had I not said something. And when I did the barista blatantly lied and said someone must’ve taken my drink. Mind you there was 3ppl when I walked in there and all their names were called. There was one pick up for a cooked item. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a Starbucks. There was a blonde lady and a young woman at the register who were great the lying older dark haired barista ruined it. I was standing there for over 10min waiting on milk. Pathetic.
