- December 2021 by John KissackI just bought my 3rd Lazy Boy Recliner over the last 30 years. The salesman Gregg was the best very knowledgeable and friendly. When FREED’s delivered the chair Shane and his helper were so friendly and kind! Shane will set FREED’s a great example for his attitude and kindness!! Shane is a 5 Star employee!!!

Looked us up and down and totally spoke down to us. We looked around and when we left didn't even acknowledge us or thank us. Was too busy looking in her mirror on her desk. Won't be back

She looked up our previous purchases and talked about material no longer being available to get a matching couch. Gave us some samples to take home and compare for something comparable. Talked about mattresses as well and they have a 120 day warranty on them. Trying to support local businesses.

After visiting every other furniture store in Rapid we stopped in to 5th And Main and were warmly greeted by Erin. We quickly realized that she really listens to understand versus to respond. And while she let us browse by ourselves she was never too far away if we needed her. We chose an amazing sectional and she quickly and efficiently processed the order and arranged delivery and set up. The delivery was perfect, I was called 10min prior and the two gentlemen arrived literally to the minute on-time. The furniture they sell isn't the cheap mass produced items you find everywhere else (including Fisher), rather stylish, quality built, and priced fairly. The bar is set very low for local business in terms of customer service because "That's the way its always been" but that is not the case here. My expectations were exceeded and I doubt I'll by furniture anywhere else, and I believe they set a new standard in customer service that few can compete with. Thank you for am amazing experience!!!
