December 2021 by Roger NonyaOrdered a burger at 9:30 pm. Came home to eat it. Spit A piece of their glove out that was in the burger. Was so nasty i thru it away.I was completely disgusted. Called the manager the next day but refused to do anything about it unless i saved the burger and glove.

Culver's has the best burgers in the area, and maybe the best fast food burgers anywhere. They are very tender and juicy thin little patties. They use real Wisconsin cheese which is awesome. You can order with American if you would like and they're American is also very good. They have crinkle cut french fries that are to die for and always fresh, the best honey mustard we've ever had, and they also have really good ranch. Kids love Culver's because of the chicken strips and the little cheeseburgers. The fresh Wisconsin cheese curds are also really good, we rarely go here without getting an order of them. The frozen custard is also delicious and they have different flavors on different days.

December 2021 by Natalie NI received the incorrect food twice in one indoor dining experience. The customer service during the experience made me uncomfortable and dissatisfied by the time the correct food arrived. Don't believe I'll be coming back here for a few more years.

Overall, the service at this facility was good. I think the person taking the order lacked experience and it was difficult to place our order as she was easily confused. The food came in a very resonable amount of time. The fried items, cheese curds, onion rings, french fries (yes, we had to try them all as our first experience) were on the cool side. The burgers were okay. The products they used appear fresh, however the overall taste was just okay, I think a little more seasoning would be better. The custard was amazing, we had the flavor of the day, lemon curd, and it was AWESOME! Price was about average. I felt this place was very similar in menu to Freddie's, another place we have tried out on this trip with a few differences. I did like the butter burger aspect, but felt the overall flavor was lacking. Facility was very clean, well staffed.
