But front office lady with cow glasses doesn't greet you, glares at you, is unfriendly, unprofessional, misleading (I believe on purpose), cold, uncaring, non-apologetic, etc. I had gone there for years & travel there from 45 min away. With her, time to find Dr on my side of town.
- December 2021 by Paria CanyonHe might be a good doctor now, but he wasn't in 2013. When I saw him, I had intense ankle and foot pain. He looked at the X-ray and MRI and told me that my injury healed. That could be true, but I still had a lot of pain. He gave me this cheap and useless ankle brace that was around $50, some medicine that didn't help, and referred me to another doctor because he wasn't skillful enough to figure out my issue. He also said that he wasn't going to prescribe me Vicodin, which was weird because I didn't ask for it. I assumed he didn't trust people. What he missed was that I needed surgery and got it later. I hope he's a better doctor now, because he wasn't 8 years ago.

Recently, I moved from the Santa Barbara area to Scottsdale and it was time to locate a new physician. After extensive research, I decided to see Dr. David Richer. The staff is quite helpful and put you at ease. Special thanks to Meredith, Kelsey and the medical staff. It was easy to see why Dr. Richer has such a wonderful reputation. He is the best! I have never had my foot problems handled so well and so painlessly. Dr. Richer is professional, very intelligent, diagnoses problems quickly and truly cares about his patients. It is great to see such a competent team. I also noted the up-to-date equipment which you do not always find. The reception area and exam rooms sparkled. During the pandemic, everyone wore masks and only one patient was permitted in the facility. Thank you Dr. David Richer and staff! My search paid off and I am truly blessed! Belle Hoger
