- December 2021 by Kip ValentineHad a bad past experience where I had an afternoon appt and was put into an exam room to wait for Dr. Jacoby to see me. After close to 45 minutes waiting I noticed the office had become very quiet. Came out of the room and the entire staff was gone except for the doctor who was sitting in the waiting area and talking with another doctor. He had no idea I was there waiting and was minutes away from leaving and locking me in. Fast forward five years and after making an appt three weeks ago for my daughter this coming Friday, his office calls 48 hours in advance of the appt to cancel it so the office can close early and “get started on their holiday weekend early.” Horrible customer service with the doctor having little/no care about his patients schedules, value of their time, etc.
