When I spoke to address the issue, the owner solely focused on discussing my insurance. He did not address how rude she was or how she prevented me from having my appointment for hours. I’m not interested in have another deflecting phone conversation but I do want to make others aware of what they are making appointments for.

Dr. Burns gives great advice and made me feel so much better about the health of my feet. He does not try to oversell treatment. The reception was very nice as well. I would recommend this office very highly!

Doctor has a quiet confidence and provides such clarity and undeniable certainty in his explanation, that I left his office relieved and empowered. Dr. Burns is dedicated to his craft and genuinely interested in the care and well being of his patients. I went to see Dr. Burns concerned that I was developing bunions or hammer toes. Thankfully....not. Doctor really took the time with me and made sure I understand my feet and what I'm experiencing. I will see Dr. Burns for a follow up and talk about inserts (orthotics) to use in my athletic shoes. Don't delay - Dr. Burns will show you the way!
