December 2021 by kristen mccainI asked the older Hispanic cashier if she could unlock the restroom as my son was doing the potty dance and I clarified I really needed the door unlocked..she shrugged her shoulders and said " I'll call someone to unlock the door but I don't know " and went back to her business without offering to open the door herself...so my husband took our son to another store so he wouldn't have an accident. Then I was checking out and she said " wow attitude " when I called her out for not having good customer service and completely rude on top of it. Train your employees better, hold them accountable , and unlock the bathroom doors already. Ridiculous they're still locked! Doesn't your company have stolen merchandise covered through insurance ?! Come on. Would give zero star rating !
