Could not have had a better experience. Everyone was so pleasant. We had one main server but at least 3 different ones would check on us at any given time. The food was phenomenal. There were five of us and not a single complaint on food, drinks or service. I have bragged about out experience many times since our visit and cannot wait to return!

OKC, you lucky SOBs. What a treat to discover such an extraordinary restaurant and museum. The food was crafted with care and bursting with flavor. I ordered the corn ribs as an appetizer. The presentation was amusing and the taste delicious. They are not to be missed. The BBQ Bison brisket was succulent and flavorful. The bun was perfectly toasted and buttery. For desert, the Southern Crisp Blackberry cobbler. Served hot and crispy. Everything was divine. Check this place out before it's not a secret anymore.

We had hummus appetizer, a cup of hominy stew, turkey medallions with cornbread stuffing. The meal was beyond excellent! DEJ our server was helpful and engaging. I would drop in for a meal anytime. The museum is a must as well. It's important to know the story of this land and the first people who live here.

First off, Google Maps is wrong on the drive. Make that first right and go down the road regardless of what Google says. This is a gem of a spot. It's Native American cuisine at it's best.Lunch consisted of green chili corn chowder. The flavors were married AMAZINGLY. It was served on a cast iron skillet. The chowder was thick with a kick. Get the fry bread. It was crisp and hot. It tasted like a zepoli without powdered sugar. I also ordered a bison burger, but I was so stuffed from the chowder that I had to box up the burger.Really glad I found this place. Will come back next time I'm in town.

I REALLY wanted to fully enjoy this experience. I was incredibly excited about the focus on indigenous ingredients. Alas, there are some definite growing pains. I'll start with the good. The burger is REALLY good and creative. Pickled squash, red onion, and zucchini were really delicious, as was the use of the arugula. The only thing we thought was since bison is such a lean meat, cooking it to medium or medium well would have been a better choice, to keep it juicier. The flavor was definitely there. That said, the pastrami eggs benedict was not a success. First, the poached eggs were completely overcooked, to the point of being hard-boiled. This is not what you want on a benedict. Also, the pastrami was heated on a flat top, making it incredibly chewy. Bison is so lean, I think the better reheat option might have been an au jus. Finally, the English muffin had an off taste and I wondered why not, if there is fry bread in the back, use that instead of an English muffin.Service was friendly but short handed. We had to wait to get more water, and the meal was over before my husband got a coffee refill. Lastly, we wanted salt, but none was at our table and we couldn't get a server to bring us some while we were eating because they were busy.Overall, for creativity I gave it 3 stars, but for my experience, I would have gone with 2. I hope things get better and hopefully I will give it another go.
