- December 2021 by Amber BoyceReceived the dishwasher we ordered a month ago. It arrived damaged and we reached out to them within 5 minutes of it being delivered. Sent photos, description of damage, packing slip, FedEx BOL, and our invoice. Still no resolution and the damage dishwasher is taking up space we don’t have. Also, no new dishwasher yet. I have called twice a week every week. This week I have called every day. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and none are ever available. Keep getting told somebody will call me today (I have heard this for a month now) and have not received one phone call, email, or voicemail from them. Extremely disappointed. Next I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I paid extra for white glove service to guarantee smooth arrival of a medication fridge because I work out of town. Not only was this not honored by Katom (I was never called to schedule a delivery) but the fridge arrived while I was working out of town smashed with a fake box on top to disguise the damage. I’ve tried to get a resolution or refund from Katom since September for this issue. They consistently refuse stating it is not their problem to deal with. This is totally unacceptable business practices and customer service.

Not only was the service excellent but her concern, friendliness and spirit were genuine and thorough! She continued to follow up as promised throughout the entire process from purchase to delivery of the product. She is the epitome of customer service which seems to be extinct in today’s world. Joellen is a jewel and an irreplaceable asset to the company! I am elated with the product and entire experience! If it seems I’m being redundant, I am! I had some concerns about the parts of the product and contacted Joellen Osborne. She is so helpful. She checked and got back to me quickly with all the information I needed. It is a wonderful company and a top notch customer service. I highly recommend this company and surely I will come back to shop for my restaurant.

Yes, you can really bend spoons with your mind - we have a 90% success rate with total beginners and learned from a scientists who taught 16,000 people! Wild.
