December 2021 by Linda KochmannOrdered the 2 pc walleye dinner with mashed potatoes/coleslaw/roll. Nice pieces of fish but EXTREMELY greasy. Cold mashed potatoes and dry dinner roll. All for a premium price. Very disappointed and will never do that again.

December 2021 by Gage doughertyOrder food, was told my price, recieved food with receipt showing way higher price charged to my card and an extra bag with10 Cheese sauce containers. Last visit, was forgotten about and watched 11 cars drive by had to go in to get my food and get it remade. Time before that, wrong order completely handed to me without my notice till I arrived home, time before that, time before that, and so on. Food tastes 5/5 every time but the toppings on my burgers hang out the side, orders get messed up constantly, and just lack of what I would call caring and genuine work ethic. But I'll keep trying because yah, food is 5/5 but it doesn't excuse the constant issues.

December 2021 by Christina HowardCustomer service sucks at the 25th location in Fargo. I order pick up thru drive up. I have for months because I add to the order. Then today I am told that I have to go to the curbside making 2 stops instead of just giving me my order in dri e up. Then on top of it my order was to be ready at 259pm and it's 315 and I'm still waiting for it. Won't be back!!

December 2021 by saidaextremely poor service. i sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and had to call for my food. my food was cold. at least the kind employee that brought it out apologized. the employees are not rude, they just take a very long time

December 2021 by Jon PaysonSeemed like there was alot going on, lobby was dirty like no one had gone through it in hours. 2 employees on break in lobby talking inappropriately. Condiment station missing items. Girl at register asking to many questions, like if I wanted mushrooms or jalapeños on my burger, if I did I would ask. Just a weird and sub par experience this time around. Visited around 7pm.
