My husband and I worked with Gary Silverstein who negotiated a generous settlement for our situation. Gary addressed every detail and really immersed himself in all aspects of the case. The matter was very personal in nature but Gary handled it with the utmost of professionalism where we never felt uncomfortable discussing the details. This firm helped my wife and me through a trying time when a well known brain surgeon operated on a relative with disastrous results. The firm won a large judgment despite a top notch expert witness on the other side and a dearth of good expert witnesses willing to testify on our behalf due to the reputation of the surgeon, his employer, and fear of retribution. The same fear prevented another malpractice firm from taking the case. These guys are great. They will be honest with you, respect your knowledge and judgment, and be responsive.
