December 2021 by Vannessa Hurdle- RodriguezI felt like I needed to write a review. I order the grilled shrimp Rasta pasta. SMH. The shrimp was not fresh. It was frozen & over cooked. The pasta was good I guess. A lot of sauce. I also ordered a small pinà colada , it was so sweet.

December 2021 by Ashley CainAbsolutely horrible service and food! The shrimp was over cooked. The plantain was rubber and the pasta was softy softy broken up. When addressed the manager kissed her teeth and asked what I want her to do. I need staff to be trained better, especially management. Better customer service is in order.

December 2021 by Jason NananI recommend Footprints because it odd by day one of the most consistent Caribbean restaurants I’ve been to in NYC. The food is good and the variety of options is so huge; they cater to every single person and all diets you could think of. I’ve never seen such good food at such affordable prices either. I’ve shopped there several times (I’m sure you can tell by the amount of pictures) and will continue to buy with them. Each location has a unique feel of its own so you don’t get the feeling like “seen one seen them all”.
