December 2021 by J MWould not recommend. Waited over 30 minutes for a fruit cup to-go. The restaurant has a buffet area that had fruit sitting out… But I was told that I had to be seated at a table while I waited… for a cup of fruit “to-go” and that it would be just a minute. It was really weird. Not a very welcoming or nice environment. Will not return.

The food was very good - the quality, the amount, the taste, the freshness... Good place to have a breakfast and even lunch. The best thing here is that they are flexible- you can add and remove ingredients, you can also ask for custom order - so even if you are on a diet, you won't starve here. Pleasant atmosphere and very warm customer service- beginning from the reception. Thank you everyone.

December 2021 by Sybil a NurseI was in Las Vegas for Labor Day weekend. “The Kitchen” opened at 6am & since I was staying in The Conrad, I was able to get a good breakfast before my event. I was greeted warmly upon entry & made to feel welcome. The space is open & airy, although there is booth seating all along the wall, it still felt spacious & comfortable. My server Thomas was a bundle of energy, attentive & accommodating. My latte with oat milk wasn’t just tasty & strong (cuz I was exhausted), but it was pretty. I opted for items off the menu but there is a breakfast/brunch buffet for $36/$39. I ordered the egg white Frittata with spinach, onions, peppers, & I added tomatoes. (*Warning: there's also mushrooms, if you're allergic like me) It also came with nicely potatoes with red peppers. It arrived within 10 minutes & Thomas, whom I’m convinced is THE Perfect Server, was ever present & consistently attentive. Overall, is it the best breakfast I’ve ever had, no quite, but it was good. However, Thomas made the experience great,& I would go back again.

December 2021 by Katrina BondsGreat place for breakfast while staying at Hilton Resorts World. Service and food were stellar. Decided to dine off menu instead of the breakfast buffet. Enjoyed a delicious BLT with fries. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Hubby had the buffet and enjoyed his breakfast as well. My daughter enjoyed the pancakes…Would definitely dine here again.
