December 2021 by Cindy HarrisHi!!! I’m highly disappointed. Music was so loud, couldn’t hear the employee ask questions. Had a lil CHILD in the work area!! that’s From AN employee that works THERE!! !! on the JOB!!! in the process of preparing food. Food that comes down the grill at end of the tray was very NASTY!! it was old food buildup, FROM THE END OF THE GRILL WHEN THE SANDWICH ENDS!! JUST NASTY @ THE SAME TIME the CUTTING BOARD-was very NOT WELL CLEANED!!! PLEASE BE MORE ON CLEANING & SANITIZED!! when it comes to my FOOD !!! PLEASE !!! My Daughter loves the food!!! downtown location…. Is NOT THE ONE!!!

I wasn’t told that cheese was an extra charge so the manager forced the coworker to ring up an extra cheese charge and forced me to pay. Never had a problem with them until today…

December 2021 by David IronsGood but not great place downtown KC. Not a whole lot of restaurants if you’re visiting the convention center. But this was close enough and fed my hunger. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich and a cheese pizza. Again nothing special but met expectations. Roomy place with plenty of seats to take a minute and dine.

December 2021 by Eric WestermanHad lunch here today. I ordered the Italian sub on wheat and toasted. I had them dress it as it was designed. It was very good. They have a brand of kettle chips I had not had before and they were a solid good. The unseeet tea was also fresh and very good. Good, clean, and reasonably priced meal! If your in the area, try it out. They also have salads, pizzas and various other menu items.
