Jim Tucker was my divorce attorney. He listened to me and how I wanted to approach my divorce. He handled my case with the care it needed and walked me through the steps all the way. My divorce was costly but I got everything I asked for and more. Jim and his paralegal were great! I always recommend Jim when anyone asks if I know a good divorce lawyer.

Ed Anderson Represented my husband in a child support matter with someone claiming that he was the father of her child. Ed sat down and spoke with us with no concern for time and made a plan with us along with explaining the process we would take to do so. We had two court dates and both of them went fantastic. Mr. Anderson has a no nonsense attitude and will not allow his clients to be railroaded by the state or anyone else. He demanded a paternity test and proved my husband was not the father of the child in question. Ed communicated with us every step of the way. He was fantastic and i would recommend him to anyone struggling with a child support or civil matter. We have had many different attorneys that were all severely disappointing and super expensive. Ed Anderson restored our faith that there ARE some good attorneys left in this world that do care about their clients!

Ed Anderson is one amazing attorney! He took on our case without asking any questions and was always just an email or phone call away! He definitely knows his stuff and takes care of his clients, even while he’s on family vacation. If for any reason In the future we would have to have an attorney again he will definitely be our go to!

This past spring I made the decision to seek a divorce. I was married for a very long time, I had never been divorced, that’s what happens to “other” people, so this was all new to me. After a few weeks and consultations with other attorneys, I met with Jim Tucker and his daughter Jessica. I was immediately impressed with how they broke everything down for me to comprehend. They were honest and treated me with kindness. Considering the circumstances of my divorceI decided retain they’re services right there. I know I hired the right people because the next few months were filled with what felt like chaos and uncertainty. Jim, Jessica, Rebecca, Beth and Sadie went above and beyond for me. They met and exceeded any expectation I could of ever had, all while making me feel like I was priority number one. After my hearing in the fall and even after I received my final Decree, Jim has reached out to me to check in. I didn’t mention they handled my case flawlessly while in the process of moving their offices to a new location. 5 stars

Unfortunately, I had to retain Mr. Tucker for my divorce process. This office has been extremely professional. Ive spoken to Jim Tucker, Ed Anderson and Jessica Tucker along with their secretary Sadie and paralegal Rebecca. They have made the process much easier to handle and are very informative. I call, email and text all of them and I always receive a fast response. They all have managed to make a very difficult time so much easier. I feel like they actually care and listen and are truly doing what is in my best interest. They have not talked me into doing anything I have not wanted to do and have always given me the best legal advice and their own opinion- which going through a divorce and custody case- I would always want someone to be honest with their opinion. As much as I wish circumstances were different, I truly would not make another choice when it comes to the attorneys that are in my corner!
