December 2021 by Jack VaughnDO NOT use Marshall Shepard. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. We used him 1 1/2 years ago for a property closing. It took him several tries to get the amortization schedule correct and 3 corrections to documents before they were right on. TODAY 10/27/22 we find out that he INCORRECTLY described the property in the deed and will have to be corrected at our expense. RUN , do not walk away from this firm. -
