It says your store is open at 7 am today for the holiday and the doors won’t open and there’s employees standing at the register not helping anyone multiple people have tried entering the store

Even returning a item the man was trying to get me to apply for a Marshall's credit card. Not once but two times. When I declined he tried asking my daughter who was purchasing nothing.

The store cashier is friendly. But the girl who works in the dressing room today afternoon (10/9/2022?is pretty rude and racist. I used the dressing room twice today and each time said thank you to her but she did not speak any word to me. She is pretty polite to other white customer except me. Too bad I forgot to remember her name card. She has blond long hair and wearing eye glasses today.

Tonight was the absolute worse shopping I have ever experience in my life. The managers at this establishment are externally unprofessional and rude. I was shopping and overheard (who i assume to be a manger) yelling at an employee in the middle of the store! I couldn’t believe he was doing that IN FRONT of customers! Even worse, i was staring at him and he turned around after he was done harassing the employee and then he yelled at me!! I couldn’t believe that a manger acted like that. His name is Rachid (i read his name tag) I was so disgusted by his behavior that I left the store. I wish this was were my story ends, but it is not. I returned about 4 hours later because I needed to pick up a last minute dress for a wedding (that’s why i was there in the first place,) and none of the stores i went to had what i was looking for. I thought there was no way the same manager was still working and there would be no incidents. I browsed the dresses and found a dress that would be perfect. It was a size lower than what i’m used to do I made my way to the fitting rooms. what did i see when i got there? Not only was the SAME MANAGER yelling at the SAME EMPLOYEE but ANOTHER manager was also yelling at this poor girl! I couldnt believe it. The second manager is named Jo. After they stopped yelling at the girl i went up to her and asked if she was okay, and they was clearly very upset (however she said she was fine) I WILL be emailing HR about this incident. The fact that two grown adults can treat their employee who is a MINOR like this (the employee looked like she was in high school) is disgusting. I will not be returning until these staff members are FIRED.
