- December 2021 by Kris PahelIt's a nice store. The upstairs is a bit of chaos but loads of shopping to do in this place. I think Kohl and Macy's have similar products. Some times I get gifts here and people enjoy the gifts. Parking is probably as good as it gets for the mall when entering through Macy's.
- December 2021 by Johnny BThey do not have anyone working registers here. On a weekend, unless you have some unique luck, plan to spend an hour or so standing in line waiting. And to add insult to injury, the people behind the counter are slow at what they do... And the person who cashed us out forgot to remove the security ink-blast device... I really don't understand anymore, in theory there should be no labor shortage anymore, and yet, plenty of people collecting unemployment, but still, no workers. Why... other than this State's allowance of paying people to stay home and collect. Maybe someone at these stores will replace this need for register workers with cellphones or self-checkout lanes. They have the latter at grocery stores, the worst place for this, but at a department store, uh, yeah - how about we do this here...? Anyways, figured I'd let you all know, come during off hours or wait until after the holidays, not worth the couple bucks you think you're saving shopping in person.

No answer. guess no one is working. Not very good for business. I only wanted to find out if they had the Easy Spirit Roma sneakers in my size. I don't like driving 70 miles round trip for nothing.
- December 2021 by Sarah OI love Macy's!!! Pricing/retails can be a bit confusing though...Sometimes I don't buy stuff because it appears to expensive. I prefer straight forward pricing without a hassle. Love shopping at Macy's during the holidays.
- December 2021 by Leslie MallarOur cashier was the sweetest. Went above and beyond and covered the dress I bought for my daughter's wedding. Obviously retired, its refreshing to encounter customer service with common sense, critical thinking and patience !!! Pay her more. She's a gem.
